This is highly recommended guys. I bought it at the airport on a whim and it’s great. It’s a lot better tha all those expensive cardio workouts in the market today. Since it was unfamiliar to me still, I sought some Hip Hop Abs reviews online and I was delighted by the fact that a lot of people seemed to enjoy it. My verdict: 9. I love it for its variety and for the way it really trimmed my abs. I think it is one of Beachbody’s bests.
Shaun T is a great trainer and the music he used here is perfection. I feel more motivated to workout because I am actually seeing amazing results. This one is now a staple here at home. With the help of this, my abs is now ripped and I am cellulite free. It’s not that expensive and is absolutely worth the bucks. Thanks very much guys.
